Students explore materials and methods to facilitate scientific investigation through progressive models of instruction, such as cooperative learning and inquiry-based learning while following national, state, and local mathematics, science, and technology teaching and curriculum standards. The course explores the influence of attitudes toward science and mathematics on learning. Weekly use of the internet and digital tools are incorporated.
